I have had a movement practice for 30+ years. I began in dance, moved into weight training, competed in bodybuilding shows, and developed a yoga and mobility practice. I am a certified personal trainer, 500HR+ registered yoga teacher, and a mobility specialist. I am here to make sure your body and mind is well taken care of and you can feel confident moving into any gym or studio to reach your goals.
Members of Meghan Do Movement will learn how to be comfortable and confident, in their own skin, through a conscious and holistic program that integrates weight training, yoga, mobility, and mindfulness practices that promote a results-driven approach intended to elevate the individual’s self awareness, discipline, and accountability.
