About Meghan

(She/her/hers)

I’m a fitness enthusiast whose mission is to help you mold yourself into the best version possible. I have been in fitness my entire life, literally.  We have video evidence of my mom doing squats while she was pregnant with me.  Both of my parents were bodybuilders, so I grew up learning how to eat well and exercise.  I have a background in dance, but if I wasn’t dancing, I was in the gym lifting weights.

After graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Tampa in 2010, I moved to New York.  While in NY, I earned my group fitness and personal training certifications.  Once I moved back home to Florida, to be closer to family, I became a certified yoga instructor.

I also competed in bodybuilding as a bikini competitor for about 4 years.  Most recently, I have continued my education to become a 500HR Registered Yoga Teacher and a Mobility Specialist through Functional Range Conditioning.

Through my lifetime of being in and around fitness, I have experienced many up and downs, physically, emotionally, and mentally.  With time and an incredible support system, I have learned who I am and what I am truly passionate about:

being happy, compassionate, empathetic, and living life with purpose. I also love animals and I am an advocate for rescue dogs, especially pit bull breeds. My dog, Rowan, brings so much joy and adventure into my life allowing me to slow down and soak in the little moments.  I hope to help bring joy, compassion, peace, and love into your life as well.
